The Speed is 38400 bps (see output of /proc/cmdline below).
Factory reset
While router powered on push reset button for 10 seconds. After that wait 30 seconds for the router to come up. Connect your PC to one of the LAN ports and go to http://192.168.1.1. Login with admin/admin.
